Pendle Sportswear was established in 1977 and we are very proud to have become the largest football kit supplier selling direct to clubs in the UK and the official supplier to the English Schools’ FA. We are also the only UK kit provider direct to grassroots clubs. Current forecasts suggest we are set for another exceptional year.

Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship

An Infrastructure Technician provides support to internal and external customers, helping them to be productive when using technology to do their own jobs, by using tools to problem solve and troubleshoot non-routine problems.

Overview

The Infrastructure Technician sets people up on systems and provides support when they need it, rectifying issues to maintain the organisations productivity. Typical job roles could include: Help Desk Technician, First or Second Line Support, IT Infrastructure Technician, Network Support.

Entry Requirements

  • Employment within the industry

  • 3 GCSEs grade 9-4 including English & Maths

  • Level 2 in IT subject

Career Progression

Starting Rate of Pay

  • 16 years old £5.63 per hour
  • 17 years old £6.19 per hour
  • 18 years old £7.32 per hour
